Max Associates will support the on-going implementation of Sport England’s National Benchmarking Service (NBS) in partnership with Leisure-net Solutions and the Sport Industry Research Centre (SIRC) at Sheffield Hallam University.
NBS enables local authorities to compare the performance of their sport and leisure facilities with national benchmarks, across a number of key performance indicators (KPIs), and to utilise this information to improve their service delivery.
Lisa Forsyth, Director of Max Associates, said: “We’re are pleased to be supporting this valuable tool for local authorities to measure, review and improve their performance.”
Mike Hill, Director of Leisure-net Solutions, said: “We’re looking forward to working with SIRC and Max Associates to build on the sound academic basis of NBS to deliver a new, dynamic benchmarking service. The online platform will allow sites, along with their head offices and clients, to see even more clearly how they perform against a range of industry benchmarks and family groups.”
